Who We’re Looking For

  • A genuine desire to help people — especially seniors — make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own schedule and goals
  • Comfortable learning new products, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Licensed in health and/or life insurance (or willing to obtain licensing)
  • Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
