Who We’re Looking For
- A genuine desire to help people — especially seniors — make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own schedule and goals
- Comfortable learning new products, systems, and compliance requirements
- Licensed in health and/or life insurance (or willing to obtain licensing)
- Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
